At Nathanking Solicitors we have a range of fee/payment schemes available for privately paying clients in Private Law Children’s Cases, Divorce and Domestic Abuse Cases. We are happy to discuss flexible pricing arrangements, including fixed fee arrangements (where appropriate) so that you know exactly how much your case is going to cost you at each stage. We offer competitive and affordable rates. 

Nathanking Solicitors is contracted with the Legal Aid Agency and can provide legal aid in certain cases.

We specialise in representing parents in care proceedings and applications for emergency protections orders. If you are a parent in these types of cases, you are automatically entitled to legal aid and will not have to pay any financial contribution.

In relation to private children’s law matters, the rules have changed and eligibility is limited to those that can provide the “gateway evidence” as prescribed under Regulation 33 of Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment Offenders Act 2012 (LASPO). Useful information can be found at www.gov.uk to help you establish whether or not you are eligible for legal aid. You will need to meet the means and merits test and your case may be wholly or partly funded by public funds. Your solicitor will be able to help you to determine your eligibility.
